No. This is a mail and parcel reception service, not a registered business address or legal seat. We may offer a separate, legally approved business-address product in the future — but until then the service must not be used to register a company or as a legal seat.

Yes. We receive letters, registered mail, and correspondence from utilities and government bodies, sign for them, log them, and email you the same day. ⚠️ We do not open them — you will know it has arrived and who it is from, and you can collect it or have it forwarded to you.

No. We never open your post — not on request, not for any reason. Everything stays sealed until you collect it or have it forwarded. Photo notifications show the outside of an item only.

Yes. We accept and sign for parcels from couriers and postal services — including online orders from Amazon and similar retailers — and store them securely until you decide what to do.

Not at the moment — we forward within Greece only. You choose a service, see the price before agreeing, and we email you the tracking as soon as it is on its way.

Nothing beyond your name, address and contact details at the moment. ⚠️ Before launch we will need to verify who you are, as services like this are normally required to — we will tell you exactly what we need and how long we keep it before asking for anything.

Items are held in secure storage and we'll keep notifying you. Each plan includes a storage window — up to 6 months on Standard, 12 months on Premium — and volume beyond your plan is billed using the simple overage tiers shown on the pricing page.

Yes. The service may not be used for illegal, prohibited, or restricted items, including dangerous or hazardous goods. Full prohibited-item terms will be published before launch and subject to Greek legal review.

Yes. We never open or read your mail — there is no exception and no way to request it. Access is limited to authorised staff, every action they take is recorded, and you can download everything we hold about you from your Settings page at any time.

Preveza is open now — serving Lefkada, Preveza and the surrounding coast, and it's the address every customer receives today. Porto Heli and Messinia are being set up next, and more are planned across Greece based on where our customers' properties are.
